Hours: 3-5 days a week (24 - 37.5hours)
Option job share either x1 fulltime or x2 part time.

We specialise in eCommerce, bespoke design, and high-end customer experiences. Our business sells across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and direct B2B trade. Join us as we move into our brand-new 3,000 sqft HQ in Bridgnorth. We’re looking for a confident, experienced, and driven E-commerce Sales Manager to help take our
brands to the next level – with a target of £1 million in sales by 2027.
The Role
This is a high-energy, hands-on role for a natural leader, communicator, organiser, and creator. You’ll manage eCommerce sales across all platforms and customer touchpoints – handling inbound sales, overseeing customer service, guiding our small office team, and supporting our digital shop front.
You’ll also be the glue between departments – from our design proofers and production team to our trade clients and everything in between.
You’ll be part of the Leadership Team,
working closely with the business owners to shape the future of The Lux Group.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Sales & Business Development
- Be the first point of contact for
customer enquiries (phone, email, live chat, DMs)
- Manage and grow trade and B2B accounts
- Create, issue, and follow up on quotes
- Drive sales across Shopify, Etsy, eBay,
and Amazon
- Forecast sales, analyse trends, and
report to leadership
- Oversee internal order workflows for
smooth operations
- Attend trade shows and networking events as the face of the brand
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities
across all three businesses
Customer Service & Experience
- Lead customer service, setting a
positive, solutions-focused tone
- Ensure consistent, five-star service
across all digital and personal touchpoints
- Monitor and improve customer service
processes
- Report on customer feedback, issues, and trends
Product Listings & Brand Presence
- Keep all product listings fresh and
optimised across sales channels
- Maintain an engaging and high-quality
digital shopfront
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director on key marketing campaigns
- Be the life and soul of the business – a
positive energy in the office, at events, and with customers
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales
and/or marketing leadership role
- A proven record of driving successful
sales performance
- eCommerce platform experience (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a
strategic mind
- Strong project management skills and
ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- A creative flair and confidence with
content creation
- A solid understanding of handmade or
bespoke products

About Us:
At The Lux Group, we create premium
personalised products and signage for weddings, businesses, and gifts. We’re
looking for a reliable and detail-focused temporary Warehouse Assistant to
support our busy production team during a high-demand period.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily production
tasks in our finishing department
Prepare orders for dispatch,
including packing and labelling
Manage and organise customer
orders, ensuring accuracy and quality
·
Support sublimation work
including creating personalised mugs, ribbon and stickers
·
Prepare signage for print and
engraving (material prep, masking, sorting)
·
Keep the workspace clean and
organised
·
Help arrange couriers and
postage for outgoing orders
·
Carry out general warehouse
duties as needed
Ideal Candidate:
·
Reliable and punctual with a
strong work ethic
·
Great attention to detail and
pride in producing high-quality work
·
Comfortable with hands-on tasks
and repetitive processes
·
Able to work efficiently in a
small, fast-paced team
·
Previous experience in a
creative, manufacturing or warehouse environment is a bonus but not essential –
full training provided
Schedule:
12 hours per week, flexible across 3
weekdays (to be agreed)
